1. PQM to be used for evaluation of this Tender.

2. Registration with Singapore Civil Defence Force: 1) The Tenderer shall have Fire Safety Engineers registered with Singapore Civil Defence Force with a Practising status under the SCDFs Register of Fire Safety Engineers. The Tenderer shall submit a copy of the registration certificate of the Fire Safety Engineer upon submission of tender. 2) The Fire Safety Engineer (FSE) shall have at least 10 years of experience in the design, implementation and testing and commissioning of performance-based solutions for both new and existing developments.

3. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN260123) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for FIRE ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR PROJECT M."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
