1. Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. The maximum number of tenderers eligible to participate in the Tender will be those who meet all the evaluation criteria stated and who had earlier submitted their Application Form for shortlisting at stage 1 document to HDB by the closing date of the Pre-tender Qualification exercise on 4 Mar 2026.

2. Tender documents may be accessed and downloaded free of charge through Google Workspace Drive (GWS).

3. To access GWS and download the tender documents, please follow the steps below:

(a) Complete the HDB Undertaking for Non-Disclosure via HDB's e-Service. Log in using your Corppass account at: HDB e-Service > Business > Tenderers https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/DU10AWTenderDocPymntWeb/public/DU10PImportantNote.jsp

(b) The Undertaking for Non-Disclosure must be signed by a director or authorised agent of the company, as listed in ACRA records.

(c) Upon successful submission, tenderer will receive a shared link via email for the downloading of tender documents from GWS. The link will be sent to the email address indicated during the e-Service submission. No Google account is required to access the documents. Please note that the shared link is strictly non-transferable and is only accessible by the registered email address.
