The Tenderer shall be registered with SCDF as Registered Inspectors for at least five (5) years from the closing date of this Tender. The Tenderer must have completed at least three (3) fire safety inspections for building-related projects (All Purpose Groups except Group 1) in the past two (2) years from date of closing of this tender. Please see other criteria in the Evaluation Criteria.
