1. PQM to be used for evaluation of this Tender.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(BIG-TN260019) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for (A) Sewer Decommissioning and Water Pipe Diversion at Outram Hill (B) Road Widening, Pedestrian Overhead Bridges, Bus Bay and Shelters Construction at Woodlands Avenue 2 and Avenue 5."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
