1. Only MD Teams who were shortlisted in the EOI for MD (M&E, C&S and QS) Consultancy Service for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Works to HDB Commercial Complexes which closed on 22 Dec 2025 can participate in this tender.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director of ME, CS, QS or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN260063) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for MD (ME, CS & QS) FOR MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL WORK TO HDB COMMERCIAL COMPLEXES."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
