1. PQM to be used for evaluation of this Tender.

2. Tender documents may be accessed and downloaded free of charge through Google Workspace Drive (GWS). Please note that CD-ROMs are no longer available.

3. To access GWS and download the tender documents, please follow the steps below:

(a) Complete the HDB Undertaking for Non-Disclosure via HDB's e-Service. Log in using your Corppass account at: HDB e-Service > Business > Tenderers https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/DU10AWTenderDocPymntWeb/public/DU10PImportantNote.jsp

(b) The Undertaking for Non-Disclosure must be signed by a director or authorised agent of the company, as listed in ACRA records.

(c) Upon successful submission, tenderer will receive a shared link via email for the downloading of tender documents from GWS. The link will be sent to the email address indicated during the e-Service submission. No Google account is required to access the documents.
