1. Only MD Teams who were shortlisted in the EOI for MD (AR, CS, ME, QS & PM) Consultancy Services for Public Housing at Project GD which closed on 6 Feb 2026 can participate in this tender.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director of AR, CS, ME, QS & PM or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN260053) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for MULTI-DISCIPLINARY (ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, QUANTITY SURVEYING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING AT PROJECT GD."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
