Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-EN260002) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for STAGE 1 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:(A) MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CONSULTANCY SERVICES (INCLUDING TOWN PLANNING/URBAN DESIGN/ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AND ECOLOGY, ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING, CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING) FOR NEW HDB ESTATE (B) MULTI- DISCIPLINARY (ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, QUANTITY SURVEYING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT AT NEW HDB ESTATE"

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
