Provision of Renovation for Upgrading of Staff Apartments at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Beijing, China
The project involves interior renovation and upgrading works to ten (10) residential apartment units in Blocks C and D of the Embassy compound. Works include an overhaul of existing Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems, architectural refurbishment, and minor structural works, with the objective to restore habitability, safety, and functionality across all units.
