Open Request for Information
Security & Blast (lead consultant and project manager) - Each Security and Blast consultant must be on the Singapore Police Force's list of Competent Persons for Security and Blast, respectively. Both consultants must be registered with the same company.

Architectural - Must be registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Public Sector Panel of Consultants (PSPC) panel AR 03 or above.

Mechanical & Electrical Consultant - BCA PSPC panel ME 03 or above.

Quantity Surveying - BCA PSPC panel QS 03 or above.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Consultant - Must have completed at least three (3) government-related projects between 2020 and 2025.
