(a) This tender requires electronic response via GeBIZ and ONLY prices that are submitted electronically will be accepted by the Authority.
(b) The Tender Price and softcopy attachments must be submitted electronically via GeBIZ.
(c) Tenderers must duly complete and sign the Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information (Annex D) by an authorized personnel and submit the form to all contacts listed in Table 1 of the Cover Letter in exchange for the Appendices.
