This Tender is open only to shortlisted multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) from CCY000ERF26000001 Expression of Interest (EOI) for Office Renovation. The zipfile is password-protected. Please reach out to Alvin Ng as necessary.

A Tender Briefing will be held on 4 August at 10am at the Sheares Meeting Room, Level 3 Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, 140 Hill Street, Singapore 179369. Tender submitted by Tenderers which fail to attend this briefing will be rejected. Please note that only one briefing session will be conducted and each MDT is restricted to a maximum of four (4) representatives. Tenderers are required to register your attendance by submitting the following details to MCCY representative, Alvin Ng at alvin_ng@mccy.gov.sg by 31 July.
Each attendee of interested Tenderer is required to sign an Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information (Appendix 2) and submit to MCCY representative listed above prior to attending the briefing session.
