The compulsory tender briefing will be held on Thursday, 17 Sep 2026, from 0900h to 1100h (estimated) at the CAAS Corporate Office, Changi Airport Terminal 2. Attendance is in person only. Tenderers are required to register for the tender briefing via the QR code or link provided below by Wednesday, 16 Sep 2026 at 1600h sharp, and to await further administrative instructions from CAAS before proceeding. Please note that attendance at the tender briefing is a critical evaluation criterion, and failure to attend will result in the tender submission being rejected. CAAS reserves the right to limit the number of attendees per company in the event of a large turnout.

This work has 3 Phases, to be completed over a period of 8 months.
