CAAS Terminal 2 - Conference Room
The compulsory tender briefing will be held on 12 Aug 2026 (Weds) at 3.00pm and is estimated to end by 4.00pm. The meeting venue will be at Changi Airport Terminal 2 CAAS Corporate Office Conference Room. The compulsory tender briefing will be conducted only physically. Tenderers are to first register to attend the tender briefing via the QR code or link provided in cover letter, by 11 Aug 2026 (Tues) 4.00pm sharp, await further administrative instructions from CAAS, before proceeding down. Attendance for the tender briefing is a critical criterion for the tender evaluation and failure to attend will cause the tender submission to be rejected. CAAS reserves the right to restrict the number of attendees per esteemed company attending the physical tender briefing, should there be large turnout.
