GeBIZ has a convenient way for you to change the personal password for your subscription account from the “My Profile” link at the “My Stuff” main page.

Note: Suppliers who are using their Singpass to log in to their accounts are required to change their personal password at the Singpass website.

Change Password

The following steps illustrate how to change your personal password.
Click on the “Learn How to Use” tab to return to the Main Menu.

Click on the Slides or Video tab to continue.

Supported browsers are MS Edge 86+, Firefox 83+, or Chrome 86+. Best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.

WHICH TO USE?

For Individuals


Singapore citizens / PR individuals WITHOUT Unique Entity Number (UEN) Singapore citizens / PR individuals transacting with the Government under personal capacity.

Local suppliers WITH Unique Entity Number (UEN) Local registered organisations that have been issued a UEN by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) or other UEN-issuance agency.

GeBIZ ID is for foreign companies or foreign individuals WITHOUT Unique Entity Number (UEN) Foreign individuals transacting with the Government under personal capacity.
