Create Credit Notes

You can create and manage your credit notes conveniently from the “My Stuff” main page. You may create a credit note from the “My Stuff” main page, from two modules – either the Invoices module or the Credit Notes module.

Note: Creation of credit notes is not available for invoicing instructions issued from MINDEF.
 

Create Credit Notes

You can create credit notes for items that are in the invoicing instructions and/or items that are not in the invoicing instructions.
The following steps illustrate how to create a credit note for an item in the invoicing instruction and an item not in the invoicing instruction.
Click on the “Learn How to Use” tab to return to the Main Menu.
